So I got a ticket over the weekend for "talking on a cell phone while driving."
I apparently need to go to court(?) and pay some kind of fine. (dunno how much)
Needless to say, it put a big damper on my day.
But when I got home, I saw this.....

...... and remembered that it's not the worst thing in the world.

Guess I should now that I've gotten this ticket....! :-p
Aw dang, I wish that ticketing would happen more to the people who talk on the phone in cars and think, "Oh, it's not that big a deal." Those kinds of phone drivers are obnoxious. Shame they used you to make an example.
But also, good for you for being an optimist about it. And good for you for taking a picture of a very confused construction worker. ;)
